Common questions
- I forgot my password.
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We email you a link that works for one hour.
- How do I connect with my coach?
- Your coach sends you an invite link, or gives you a coach code to enter on the Me tab.
- The label scan got a number wrong.
- Scans fill in the fields for you to check. Correct any number before you save it.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the Me tab and tap Delete account. See how deletion works.
